There's nothing I love more at the weekend than a lovely soak in the bath and kindle time! I also love to give my skin a good weekly facial and apply a masque to work on my skin while I relax!
Depending on how my skin is looking and feeling I like to use a couple of different masques on my skin to make sure I am treating any skin problems.
My main skincare concerns are ageing (fine lines around my eyes and laughter lines), congestion (blackeads) on my nose and chin and dryness/dehydration on my cheeks.

I've been "Clean eating" on and off (mostly on) for over a year now and when I am in the "zone" I feel great! Clean eating and exercise (motivated by my lovely friend and fitness guru Teresa Wall) has been the only way that I have managed to lose weight, tone up and keep the weight off. Taking control of my diet and fitness has resulted in me feeling generally less stressed out and a much happier person!
